Once you submit your return/exchange request you will be assigned an RMA# and your request will then be viewed by our team for approval. You will be updated on the status of your request via email. So please keep an eye on your email.

- Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Your item must have been purchased thru our website, not from a store
- You will then receive an email with instructions of your RA number. You MUST write this RA number on the OUTSIDE of the box .**Please note: if you do not have this number, your order cannot be processed**
- You will receive a gift card for the CURRENT ONLINE STORE PRICE, so if the item has gone on sale (not a code-bearing promo) you will only receive the CURRENT ONLINE RETAIL VALUE.
- When we receive your parcel we will issue you STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the original shipping charges. Any returned or exchanged items must be shipped to us within the 14 day window (if you are shipping internationally, please let us know via email and we will extend time). Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.
- We DO NOT accept returns on SALE products, discounted or items that were part of a special offer.
